Welcome to the Texas Chapter of the Labor Assistance Professionals new web site.

It is our goal to support the Texas LAP Professionals who support our Texas labor force. This web site is where you will find the latest editions of our By-Laws, Mission Statement and Code of Ethics. The Events section is where you will find up coming events both locally and nationally. The Articles sections includes articles pertaining to our field and interests. Furthermore, we have added a downloads section to allow you to obtain PDF versions of the documents you see on this site.

At Texas LAP we are dedicated first, to obtaining comprehensive alcohol and drug treatment, and all mental health services for our members at a reasonable and fair price. Second, we are advocating for member assistance program development within labor and for recognition of the key role labor plays from the field’s professional organization and by its treatment providers.
